FREESPINE is a unique exercise machine that provides a safe and effective workout for the spine by flexing it in three dimensions while the spine is suspended in a free horizontal position based on your “four legs”.  Your intervertebral disks are free of your weight pressure and your spinal muscles on both sides of the vertebrae have equal training load while you keep balance by walking and running on your fours.

FREESPINE works out the spine through two ranges of movement:

• First - you imitate running/galloping  motions on  your “fours” with both arms and legs moving simultaneously towards each other, and stretch and bend your backbone in the vertical plane.
• Second - you imitate walking motions with alternate arm and legs moving, and bend your backbone left and right in the horizontal plane.
