It's what's inside that counts.  Here you can see proof that pH and ORP correlate to the surface area of the electrodes.  Of course this 'external' measurement of the electrolysis cell isn't a perfect test, because the size of the plates inside could vary, plus the number of plates isn't mentioned on the video.  But it's a great chance to see the inside of these machines.
