The following terms and conditions apply to all orders with Evertop Health Limited for products listed on this website. Additional terms and conditions specific to 'Oscill-8' can be read here.
Prices
All prices are in GBP and include VAT @ 17.5% with the exception of LIFE ionizer products which are quoted NET. Evertop Health Limited reserves the right to revise prices at any time. We always try to offer the best price on our products, so if you see a product cheaper somewhere else, you're welcome to call us and invite us to beat that price.
Shipping
This website is targeted at UK consumers and shipping is FREE on all goods for dispatch to UK addresses with the exception of the H2gO portable ionizer on which shipping is £3. Due to constantly fluctuating international shipping rates our shopping cart does not calculate international shipping rates. Additionally we are restricted from selling some products to some territories. Therefore if you wish to order a product for international delivery please call us to provide a shipping quotation. Please note that products shipped to addresses outside the EU may incur additional charges at your local customs. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK are not contractually binding until shipping has been agreed.
Ordering
Products on this website can be ordered online and paid for by credit or debit card, either via Sage Page or PayPal. Alternatively, you may place your order by phone with payment being made via credit or debit card. All payment processing is performed securely with direct verification to your bank. For your safety no card data is ever recorded or retained. Payment is processed immediately through the above mentioned payment methods. If a product is not available at the time of ordering you will be notified within 48 hours and given the option to back-order or cancel. Whilst our website does serve to provide out-of-stock information this doesn't apply to some items stocked only by the importer.
Delivery
We usually dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt on an overnight courier service. This means you should receive your order within 2 days of ordering. However, some products may take longer for delivery and we ask that you allow 5 days for delivery. In the unlikely event that delivery may exceed 5 days we will contact you with a delivery estimate. Please ensure that you use a delivery address where there will be someone available to sign for the package during normal working hours.

Returns & Refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the customer is given the right to return unwanted goods. This "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order without giving a reason. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. During this time you are only required to cancel the order and are not obliged to return the goods within the 7 working days.
If you wish to cancel an order within the 7 day cooling-off period, you may do so providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. This means unused and complete with original packing. To exercise this right please contact us. We will need confirmation in writing, which can include email.
Please ensure that when returning goods, you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that they are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier.
If you prefer we can arrange a courier to collect the goods. Please ask for a quotation.
In addition to the 7 day cooling-off period there is a 30 satisfaction guarantee on Oscill-8, allowing you to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt of goods.
Warranties
Individual product warranties vary and are stated within the product description. As the seller we are happy to deal with all warranty claims and after sales service. Some products may contain literature in the packaging indicating direct handling of the warranty by the distributor. In that case you are welcome to contact the distributor directly, or ourselves if you prefer, in which case we will liaise with the distributor on your behalf.
